Mobile App Design for Free the Children

To relaunch We365's mobile app targeted at pre-teens and teens, we redesigned from the ground up. 

Starting with user experience and flow, we looked at each section of the app - Onboarding, Profile, News Feed, and Challenges - and expanded the experience with relevant features for the target audience, such as gamification and a badge system, commenting & likes, and image sharing with built-in filters.

The new look and feel uses bright & bold colours, one for each section of the app, is icon and photo heavy, and has dynamic but subtle visual elements like loading animations and transparency overlays for navigation.
